Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Sales, Account Management or military equivalent with at least 1 year North American Truckload experience.
• Willingness to travel to local customer sites with occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR per JB Hunt standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation for new and incremental business, including cold calling and networking.
• Identify and secure new customer relationships through strategic consultative selling; manage a dynamic pipeline.
• Meet with prospects in-person and virtually to understand needs and close deals.
• Travel to prospective customers for in-person presentations and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement customers’ transportation solutions and participate in kickoff.
