Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. You will create substantive curricula, assist with rollout, and produce user-friendly visuals for internal and external audiences.

The role requires leadership to manage multiple workstreams, experience with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time deliverables.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan, and summarized above.
• Design, develop, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Design and create user-friendly, professional quality graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles.
• Provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator.
• Design and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences (PowerPoints, handouts, focus groups).
• Submit for approval by VCF all communications and training materials and track through the approval process.
