Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. You will work with the transformation readiness team and subject matter experts to create end-to-end training and materials.

The role involves instructor-led and virtual delivery to staff, creating guides, visuals, and communications while coordinating schedules and approvals. A Top Secret/Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a United States citizen

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum and materials.
• Co-deliver training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for guides and public information.
• Support rollout and transition of transformed claim review processes.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Prepare internal and external communications including PowerPoints and handouts.
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track their progress
