Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client, spanning internal and external audiences. The role collaborates with the VCF Transformation team to ensure effective rollout and adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive training development experience, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and proficiency with Adobe Captivate and Salesforce. U.S.

Qualifications

• Design and develop training approach, curriculum, and materials.
• 5+ years of experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage the training team and coordinate with VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Adobe Captivate experience for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan.
• Co-deliver VCF substantive training for end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media for How-To Guides and other communications.
• Support rollout and training schedule with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Design and develop myVCF system training.
• Develop internal and external communications (PowerPoints, handouts, focus group materials).
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track through approval processes.
