Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. You will build curriculum, coordinate with the Transformation Readiness Team, and lead the training team through end-to-end lifecycle training across in-person and virtual formats.

The role requires 5+ years of training development experience, strong leadership, and experience with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate. U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team and coordinate with VCF leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams and ensure quality, on-time deliverables.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan; use provided scenarios and screenshots.
• Co-deliver VCF substantive training for staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including policies and procedures for review, administration, quality control, and payment.
• Design and create user-friendly graphics and communications media for How-To Guides, website content, and other materials.
• Support staff during rollout and determine training schedules with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Create internal and external communications (PowerPoints, handouts) for focus groups and trainings.
• Obtain approvals from VCF for all communications and training materials and track changes.
