Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client, with in-person and virtual formats, covering end-to-end claims lifecycle and transformation initiatives.

The role requires leading a training team, coordinating with transformation readiness, and producing materials such as guides, slides, and focus group support for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience designing training for clients.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Experience with instructor-led and virtual training delivery.
• Ability to lead multiple training workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communications materials.
• Coordinate with transformation readiness and SMEs for rollout.
• Prepare training materials and track approvals.
