Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in strategic planning, business ops, commercial strategy, sales, or related roles in consumer durables/tools.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for senior-leadership materials.
