• Partner with Function Lead to build and develop the Strategic Insights group and its vision.
• Lead and develop a team of at least 3 Strategic Insights professionals.
• Transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership with storytelling.
• Optimize learning plans and guide research development across the global team.
• Oversee research and data supplier relationships.
