Stanley Black & Decker Inc. in Towson, MD, seeks a Sr. Specialist Recruiting Insights, Outdoor for a hybrid role. You will manage end-user research projects, recruit within landscaper audiences, and coordinate check-ins, incentives, and project setup across fast-paced initiatives.

You will build relationships with external contacts, partner with Insights teams, and ensure projects run on time and within budget. Travel 5-10% is expected; HS diploma is required with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Familiar with recruiting techniques and sources (list procurement, social media, job boards, etc).
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone presence.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think creatively.
• Collaborative team player and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills; excellent coordination and follow-ups.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.

Mansioni

• Build a database and engage in on-going recruitment of landscapers and other hard-to-reach audiences.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with landscaper contacts in the database.
• Serve as the main contact for respondents throughout recruitment and research.
• Collaborate with Insights and cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Support teams in bringing Outdoor end-user needs to life.
• Recruit and screen contacts for research projects via phone and field visits.
• Set up quick surveys and follow up to reach sample targets.
• Order incentives for research projects.
