Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sr. Channel Manager for the C&I Field to lead a two-person team and drive growth for the Professional Power Tools portfolio.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across marketing, product, and sales to maximize profitability in a dynamic, remote work environment. You will partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize listings, pricing and promotions while building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience in the Retail space.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of key business and financial metrics such as Sales and Gross Margins.
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 2 Channel Managers for the Professional Power Tools portfolio in the C&I Field Sales Channel.
• Lead cross-functional work with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop growth initiatives and launch plans.
• Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies and execute market communication plans.
• Analyze and track sales, inventory, market share and program effectiveness to adjust and improve profitability.
