Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Baltimore, MD area. This field-based role focuses on achieving top-line sales targets across DEWALT, STANLEY and other brands through strong distributor partnerships.

You will develop annual growth plans, coordinate marketing with distributors, and master pricing programs while traveling up to 50% locally with some overnight opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets with DEWALT, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTERCABLE brands to key distribution partners.
• Establish and develop relationships with distributor partners including marketing, training, rebates, and campaigns.
• Assemble annual plans to grow the business with top distributors and conduct quarterly progress updates.
• Coordinate mutual objectives, marketing plans, and user targets with distributors.
• Gain expertise in channel-specific pricing structures and programming.
