Job summary

The Hershey Company in West Knoxville, TN is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level sales and promotional plans with key retailers in a high-volume territory.

You will master retail execution, develop action plans with KDMs, analyze store data, and maximize merchandising opportunities while maintaining 100% distribution on Hershey items. Strong drive, ownership, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as listed in the job ad.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; GED/HS diploma acceptable with related experience.
• 2-year degree or 3 years sales experience acceptable; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Leverage data to maximize store visits and optimize routes.
• Maximize merchandising opportunities and maintain displays across the territory.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and promotion reports.
