The Hershey Company in Nashville is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level execution of sales and promotions with major retailers in the territory. The role emphasizes planning, merchandising, and building strong relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs).

You will analyze data, develop action plans, and collaborate to maximize incremental sales while achieving distribution and display goals across trade channels in the Nashville district.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• 2-year degree or 3 years of sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide decisions.
• Manage merchandising and promotional plans at store level.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports.

Conhecimentos

GED or HS Diploma

Associate/Community College degree or 3 years sales experience
