Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Territory Manager, Key Accounts to drive revenue across IDN segments, reporting to the Regional Manager of Key Accounts. You will develop new business opportunities that reflect the company’s goals and demonstrate strong clinical excellence and data analytics.

The role requires building key relationships through customer visits, product demonstrations, in‑services, and contract reviews, with hospital executives, clinicians, and materials management.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and understand clinical/economic implications.
• Experience presenting to hospital committees and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed quotas and develop new opportunities.
• Execute clinical assessments and support product implementation.
• Build strategic relationships in key accounts and with BD managers.
• Perform product demonstrations, trainings, and in‑services.
• Create plans to meet revenue targets and maintain clinical knowledge.
• Represent BD at conferences and manage territory resources.
