Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Territory Manager to grow BD’s Interventional Surgery portfolio within designated accounts. You will educate physicians and OR staff, provide on-site support during procedures, and drive new business while maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting sales goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of sales experience in operating room or medical devices, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and be willing to travel ~25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Presents, educates, and provides in-services on the process/procedure of using the company’s products to surgeons, OR staff, and other decision makers.
• Provides on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Develops new prospects and establishes new customers.
• Manages territory sales and profitability goals in alignment with company budgets.
• Keeps customers informed of product updates, pricing, and forecasts; addresses concerns and provides solutions.
