Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years general sales experience; medical sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 60%, including overnight travel.
• Understanding of medical terminology and surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services on BD products to surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure correct product use.
• Develop new prospects and maintain detailed knowledge of products and distribution channels.
• Attend meetings and tradeshows and report outcomes.
