Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Territory Account Manager (TAM) to be the face of Heartflow in a defined geographic region. You will collaborate with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians to drive adoption of the Heartflow non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology.

Expect ~20-25% travel from a home office. The role emphasizes relationship building, clinical/technical proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork to support customers and expand Heartflow

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow's cCTA/FFRct pathway with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support focused customers (sales, marketing, education, and training).
• Educate customers on Heartflow value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians.
• Meet or exceed quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
