Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager (TAM) to represent our AI-driven, non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within a defined geographic region. You will partner with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other clinicians to drive adoption and ensure customer success from a home-office base with travel.

The TAM will pursue growth through strategic accounts, educating physicians on Heartflow's cCTA/FFRct pathway, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within defined accounts.
• Educate customers on Heartflow's value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians.
• Develop and execute business development plans with key stakeholders in strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and other clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales, Marketing, Education, Training) to support accounts.
