Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to be the face of Heartflow within a defined geographic region. You will work with Cardiologists, PCPs, and other clinicians to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular technology.

Travel ~20–25% from a home office. You will build relationships with referring physicians, develop business plans, and collaborate with HQ teams to support sales, marketing, and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within strategic accounts.
• Educate and present Heartflow value proposition to referring physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans with key stakeholders to grow cCTA/FFRct pathway adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support focused customers and program development plans.
