Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to understand requirements and scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Manage tender timelines to ensure on-time submissions.
• Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
• Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates; present reviews.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality checks.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements.
