You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, customers, and suppliers to develop pricing strategies, assess risks, and manage tender activities from opportunity evaluation through submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in tendering/bidding for complex power/grid projects.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into competitive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to understand requirements and scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, and suppliers for inputs.
• Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
• Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality checks.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements.
