You will translate requirements into sourcing signals, build strong candidate pipelines, and engage senior-level engineers with personalized outreach. A data-driven, consultative approach and brand representation at events are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sourcing in a high-growth tech environment.
Proven success hiring senior to staff-level engineers and managers in competitive markets.
Strong technical aptitude to understand complex engineering roles.
Expert-level proficiency with boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
Experience with SeekOut, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.
Data-driven with trackable sourcing metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing criteria.
Conduct TAM research to size talent pools and inform hiring timelines.
Develop job mapping by analyzing competitors and target accounts.
Build and execute customized sourcing strategies using boolean search and GitHub.
Identify and engage talent and collaborate with recruiters.
Craft personalized outreach highlighting Discord's technical challenges.
Own candidate experience from outreach to handoff.
Represent Discord at events to nurture talent communities.
Maintain data hygiene and pipeline health metrics.
