Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify highly technical candidates for diverse clients. The role focuses on building strategic sourcing pipelines across software engineering, AI, robotics, and infrastructure from a remote US base.

You will collaborate withTechnical Recruiters, manage candidate records, and continuously optimize outreach and qualification processes in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer success, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and technical terminology quickly.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray searches, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Build talent pipelines for software engineering, AI, robotics, infrastructure, hardware, and technical leadership positions.
• Conduct outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Perform initial candidate qualification conversations to assess technical background, career goals, compensation expectations, and interest.
• Present qualified candidates to Technical Recruiters with detailed notes and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records within our ATS and CRM.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and meet client hiring timelines.
• Stay informed on technical hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets.
