Responsibilities

• Partner with Roblox recruiters and leaders to understand goals and talent needs.
• Proactively source and engage top talent via Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and more.
• Influence processes to improve speed, scale, and efficiency.
• Share market insights with hiring managers to guide leveling and compensation.
• Mentor hiring managers and interviewers to raise calibration and evaluation standards.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with Roblox values.
• Ensure clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
• Use data to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories.
• Act as a strategic partner to shape organizational growth with recruiting analytics.
