Qualifications
- Experience with modern recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.
- Ability to design creative searches and talent mapping.
- Strong technical intuition to assess engineering profiles.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality pipelines for Staff+ engineering roles.
- Design creative searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, GitHub, and blogs.
- Engage candidates with personalized outreach.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles.
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress.
- Maintain candidate data in Ashby or similar ATS.
- Help hire the best engineers.
