Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to drive proactive talent discovery across engineering, infrastructure, silicon, and cloud-oriented teams. This role is focused on outbound strategy, market mapping, competitive research, and long-horizon relationship building with world-class talent.

This role is fully remote, U.S.-based.

What You’ll Do

Own targeted sourcing strategy for high-impact technical roles (ML systems, distributed systems, hardware, data center engineering, cloud infrastructure).

Execute outbound sourcing campaigns and pipeline development across niche technical populations.

Partner with hiring managers to define ideal profiles, calibrate signals, and improve process efficiency.

Build and nurture relationships with top passive talent to support future hiring needs.

Leverage tools, research platforms, and data analysis to continually improve sourcing results.

Partner with recruiters on structured processes, assessments, and conversions.

What You Bring

5+ years technical sourcing experience supporting high-growth tech companies or deep-tech domains.

Demonstrated success sourcing senior engineers in infrastructure, hardware, AI systems, or cloud environments.

Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean logic, competitive intelligence, and talent research.

Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills.

Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed team.
