DoorDash is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with Engineering Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters to design and execute sourcing strategies for senior and staff+ software engineering and infrastructure roles. Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience, ideally for senior/staff+ software engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Expert-level boolean/x-ray search skills and fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub).
• Proven ability to consult with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
• Excellent written outreach and candidate engagement, with a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Recruiters and Engineering Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for engineering roles.
• Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where top talent lives and how to reach it.
• Drive outreach and initial candidate engagement for a portfolio of concurrent, hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
• Present sourcing strategy and market insights to cross-functional recruiting and engineering partners.
