• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies by applying a deep understanding of talent distribution and market mapping.
• Lead data-driven conversations with senior leaders, translating complex hiring metrics into actionable narratives that influence direction.
• Navigate the messiness of competing priorities to scale technical teams across North America.
• Actively advocate for candidates by aligning their motivations and skills with team missions and Uber’s broader business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot the assessment process and remove friction points.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to excellence even when the pace is intense.
