This is a ground floor opportunity to shape how we source and build pipeline as we scale.

You will partner with recruiters and managers, tailor sourcing strategies for each discipline, and craft personalized outreach to attract passive candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years sourcing or recruiting for technical roles.
• Top performer with measurable results.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Ability to learn diverse technical vocabularies quickly.
• Excellent written communication and outreach skills.
• On-site in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent maps for Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Adapt search strategy and Boolean queries to the discipline being targeted.
• Write and send personalized outreach messages to generate strong response rates.
