Job summary

Redwood Materials seeks a senior sourcer to own the top of the funnel for critical requisitions across ESS and EPC. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build search strategies, run outreach, and hand off engaged, qualified candidates.

You will run multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, GitHub and other networks), craft personalized outreach, and maintain a current Greenhouse pipeline while tracking response rates and progress across time zones in Nevada and

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for hard technical and operational roles in manufacturing, hardware, energy, chemicals, automotive, or construction.
• Portfolio of hires driven by outbound outreach, not inbound applications.
• Ability to build market maps before outreach and demonstrate one.
• Excellent outreach response rates and knowledge of typical benchmarks.
• Proficient in Boolean and structured search across sourcing tools.
• Works cleanly in Greenhouse and maintains current pipelines.
• Able to manage 6–10 critical reqs simultaneously and flag blockers.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones with on-site teams in Nevada and SC.

Responsibilities

• Own search strategy on critical reqs and define ideal profiles.
• Build market maps for each search and set weekly sourcing goals.
• Find and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Write personalized outreach and hand off qualified prospects to recruiters.
• Log every prospect in Greenhouse and track response/conversion by channel.
• Share templates and market maps with the team to raise recruiting standards.
