World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Executive – Strategic Resourcing to drive services-led growth within core accounts.

The role focuses on aligning people, technology, and delivery to client outcomes, expanding recurring services revenue beyond staffing. The position emphasizes embedded collaboration with client executives, development of multi-year workforce roadmaps, and designing flexible delivery models to meet transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce strategy and services selling.
• Ability to engage hiring managers, delivery leaders and executives.
• Ability to design workforce delivery models balancing cost and speed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, embedded with executive teams.
• Engage with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability and cost optimization.
• Identify services opportunities beyond traditional staffing; discovery and intake process.
• Create SOWs and perform commercial modeling; manage extensions and expansions.
