Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Strategic Resource Engagement Manager for the Central Region in the USA. You will lead strategic resourcing engagements, collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to place qualified staff, and drive growth through capacity planning, training, and process improvements.

You will mentor engineers, develop engagement strategies, manage extensions and change orders, and ensure successful delivery across large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of engagement and resource management.
• Proven experience interacting with large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants on engagements.
• Collaborate with RM and sales on onboarding and new opportunities.
• Manage extensions, change orders, POs and invoicing updates.
• Communicate status with stakeholders and deliver project summaries.
• Build stakeholder relationships to drive growth and retention.
