Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Client Services Executive - Strategic Resourcing to expand our footprint within core accounts through workforce strategy and long‑term services alignment. This role transcends transactional staffing and acts as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, delivery models, and scalable services.

You will lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, own end‑to‑end opportunities, and position a full portfolio of services including contract/contract‑to‑hire,

Qualifications

• Serve as the Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, embedded with the Client Executive and account teams.
• Engage directly with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C‑Suite).
• Lead consultative conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Own Strategic Resourcing opportunities end‑to‑end: discovery, design, SOW creation and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts and collaborate with client executives.
• Engage hiring managers and delivery leaders to align workforce plans with business goals.
• Identify and pursue services and workforce opportunities beyond traditional sales motions.
• Design flexible staffing models including contract-to-hire, direct placement, and blended approaches.
