Job summary

Tive is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Boston to own end-to-end recruiting—from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding—across startup, SaaS, and hardware contexts. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to design hiring strategies, maintain headcount plans, and optimize recruiting analytics.

Drive hiring processes with high standards, track metrics, and scale our recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Rippling preferred).
• Proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent across multiple functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in high-growth startup or SaaS and hardware environments.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers as a data-driven trusted advisor to design effective hiring strategies and optimize analytics.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close, including proactive outreach, candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
• Develop hiring strategies, define role requirements, interview processes, and target candidate profiles with stakeholders.
• Maintain Tive’s headcount plan with People, Finance, and business leaders; track hiring priorities and progress against plan.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across competitive markets; scale recruiting processes and tools as the company grows.
• Represent Tive at recruiting events, universities, and networking opportunities; strengthen employer brand and visibility.
