ShopMy, a fast-growing company, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Talent Acquisition for Product & Engineering. You will own end-to-end hiring, define strategy with leadership, and build scalable recruiting systems in a competitive market.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to raise the bar on talent, design scalable processes, and guide a small team of recruiters. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly role with NYC HQ influence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record hiring high-caliber technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Strong talent judgment and ability to raise the bar.
• Familiarity with technical domains and credible engagement with Engineering, Product, and Design candidates.
• Extensive network within Engineering, Product, and Design talent markets.
• High ownership and accountability; end-to-end hiring outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; partner with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities; proactive in reaching passive candidates.
• Data-driven mindset; use metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and recruiting tools.
• Deep alignment with a high-performance, builder-oriented culture.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design roles, from intake to close.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, headcount planning, and role scoping.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes for speed, rigor, and a great candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market dynamics, compensation, and calibration.
• Drive high-quality assessment and interview practices to maintain a high hiring bar.
• Build and manage a small but high-performing team of technical recruiters.
• Establish reporting, pipelines, and systems to provide visibility into hiring performance.
