Scribe is scaling fast and is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across our Engineering, Product, and Design org. You’ll own searches end to end, from sourcing strategy through close, and partner closely with hiring managers to raise the bar.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup, ideally through headcount/revenue growth.
• Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed passive technical talent.
• Closed EPD candidates and can speak to assessing top talent.

Aufgaben

• Run full-cycle hiring for EPD roles from first search to signed offer across engineering, product, and design.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build scorecards and move pipelines at business pace.
• Build multi-channel sourcing, market maps, and competitive talent analysis.
• Use pipeline data to inform decisions and spot bottlenecks with clear recommendations.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and market insights for hiring.
• Tell the Scribe story to candidates, highlighting product and roadmap priorities.
• Keep teams and candidates ahead by sharing market changes proactively.
