Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with Engineering, Product, and Design in Denver. This in-person role focuses on full lifecycle recruiting for software engineers, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, with a strategic emphasis on building pipelines and improving candidate quality.

You will work closely with co-founders and senior leadership to align recruiting with business goals, using data and tools like Ashby.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web-scale or startup environments.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and top-of-funnel strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby to boost productivity.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies.
