Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Citrix Technical Account Manager to partner with Arrow ECS teams and customers, serving as the primary technical advisor. You will drive adoption, align Citrix solutions to business outcomes, and manage a portfolio of 10–15 accounts with quarterly strategic reviews.

The role requires 7+ years in technical roles, hands-on Citrix experience, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies, or adjacent platforms.
• Experience working with channel partners, internal sales and pre-sales teams, distributors, Enterprise customers, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Arrow ECS select end customers.
• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 customer accounts, tiered by complexity and strategic goals.
• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders, sales leadership, and presales solution architects.
• Proactively leads customer cadence calls and quarterly strategic reviews.
• Drive solution adoption and usage aligned to business goals.
• Develop and execute technical adoption plans to accelerate time-to-value.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and risks.
• Support partner enablement initiatives including workshops and briefings.
• Collaborate with Arrow and Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
• Build/lead Proof of Concept / Proof of Value when needed.
• Host and coordinate with Citrix, Executive Briefings, for strategic customers.
