Arrow Electronics is seeking a Citrix Technical Account Manager in Colorado. The role is hybrid, combining onsite collaboration at Panorama Arrow Building with remote work options across the U.S.

You will manage 10–15 strategic accounts, drive adoption, and partner with sales, presales, and product teams to deliver outcomes. The position emphasizes proactive customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and measurable value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies, or adjacent platforms.
• Experience working with channel partners, internal sales and pre-sales teams, distributors, Enterprise customers, and Professional Services.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments
• Proactive, accountable, reliable, and an individual who is a driver to establish their own relationships within accounts

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Arrow ECS select end customers.
• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 customer accounts, tiered by complexity and strategic goals.
• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders, sales leadership, and presales solution architects.
• Proactively leads customer cadence calls and quarterly strategic reviews.
• Drive solution adoption and usage aligned to business goals.
• Develop and execute technical adoption plans to accelerate value.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and risks.
• Support partner enablement initiatives including workshops and briefings.
• Collaborate with Arrow and Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
• Build/lead POC/POV processes as needed.
• Host and coordinate with Citrix/Partner exec briefings for strategic customers.
