Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Citrix Technical Account Manager (TAM) to transform customer engagements from reactive support to proactive partnership. You will serve as the primary technical advisor for Arrow ECS end customers, manage 10–15 accounts, and align Citrix platform capabilities with business objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in technical roles, hands-on Citrix experience, and strong communication across global, matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles (solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant).
• Hands-on with Citrix technologies.
• Experience with channel partners, enterprise customers, and pre-sales teams.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to operate in global, matrixed environments.
• Proactive, accountable, reliable with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for Arrow ECS select end customers.
• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts.
• Build relationships with technical leaders and sales teams.
• Lead cadence calls and quarterly strategic reviews.
• Drive adoption and usage of Citrix solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and partners.
• Lead Proof of Concept / Proof of Value processes as needed.
• Coordinate with Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering and other teams.
