Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Enterprise Support in the Strategic Industries. You will be the principal technical adviser to customers, guiding adoption of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, and more, while coordinating with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with startups to Fortune 500s, travel of about 10%+, and advocating best practices to keep customer

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Act as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Work with appropriate engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices and help keep customer environments healthy and resilient.
