Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will be the principal technical advisor and the voice of the customer to startups through Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will work with engineers and service teams to drive incidents to resolution, craft adoption strategies for EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more, and represent AWS in customer environments while traveling ~10% or more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree
