You will design support solutions, foster customer relationships, mentor junior staff, and lead complex projects that shape policy and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in HP products, account management, or on-site support.
• HP Indigo knowledge and S4/S5 & Web Expertise.
• ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple critical technology areas or customer groups and designs customer-oriented solutions.
• Delivers strategic account support while maintaining advanced technical proficiency.
• Evaluates support plans and aligns them with service solutions.
• Cultivates relationships with complex accounts, fostering growth.
• Acts as trusted advisor in service delivery for customers and organization.
• Designs and executes support solutions and leads planning and management.
• Develops Value Based Delivery account plans and manages expectations in escalations.
• Contributes to operational methods and regional business strategies.
• Applies advanced knowledge to resolve complex issues and policy development.
• Mentors lower-level employees and builds productive internal/external relationships.
