Job summary

HP is seeking a technically skilled professional in Arkansas to manage a designated technology area or customer group with moderate risk and complexity. You will address issues, apply HP solutions to meet customer requirements, and identify opportunities for service revenue growth.

You will maintain senior-level relationships, contribute to knowledge sharing, and resolve moderate scope problems independently.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience in HP products or related services.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service-management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes technical knowledge to operate a designated technology area or customer group with moderate risk and complexity.
• Integrates technical acumen and business insight to formulate solutions for customers.
• Resolves the majority of technical incidents independently and collaborates with team for more complex issues.
• Provides proactive solutions to address issues and notifies management of potential escalations.
• Implements organizational solutions to fulfill moderately complex customer requirements.
• Identifies potential additional services to drive future service revenue growth.
• Offers technical consultation during contract renewals and influences delivery decisions for assigned accounts.
• Builds and maintains relationships up to senior management level in assigned accounts.
• Develops conclusions and reports, supporting knowledge sharing and data analysis.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems following company policies.
