HP Inc. is seeking an AMS Technical Group Expert to oversee critical technology areas and provide strategic account support. You will mentor staff, build strong customer relationships, and act as a trusted advisor in service delivery across complex accounts.

The role emphasizes advanced technical proficiency, policy development, and collaboration with internal and external teams to design and execute value-based solutions. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of work experience in HP products, customer base, account management or on-site customer support.

• Deliver strategic account support with advanced technical and operational capabilities.
