Qualifications
- Four-year or graduate degree in CS/IS or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in HP products, customer base, or related field.
- HP Indigo knowledge with S4/S5 and web expertise.
- ITIL certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple critical technology areas and customer groups with strategic solutions.
- Delivers strategic account support and maintains advanced technical proficiency.
- Evaluates support plans and aligns them with service solutions.
- Cultivates relationships with complex/strategic accounts to drive growth.
- Acts as trusted advisor in service delivery for customers and organization.
- Designs and executes support solutions and leads the team in planning and management.
- Develops Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans and manages escalations.
- Contributes to operational methods and policies within geographic areas.
- Leads complex projects and mentors lower-level staff.
