Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of work experience, preferably in HP products, customer base, or related fields.
• HP Indigo knowledge and S4/S5 & Web Expertise.
• ITIL Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees critical/high-risk technology areas and customer groups, aligning technical proficiency with business insight.
