HP Inc. in the United States seeks an AMS Technical Group Expert to oversee critical technology areas and customer groups, delivering strategic account support and advising on service delivery. The role designs support solutions, fosters customer relationships, and acts as a trusted advisor in service delivery.

The position contributes to complex projects, mentors lower-level staff, and builds productive internal/external relationships while aligning plans with business goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• 8-10 years of work experience, preferably with HP products in customer base, account management, or on-site support.
• HP Indigo knowledge and S4/S5 & Web Expertise.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple critical or high-risk technology areas or customer groups, integrating technical proficiency with business insight.
• Deliver strategic account support with advanced technical and operational proficiency.
• Evaluate support plans based on business indicators and align with service solutions.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with complex and strategic accounts to foster growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor in service delivery for customers and the organization.
