Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience across recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
• Experience with industry outreach and recruitment events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for all positions.
• Conduct prescreening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in HRIS and ensure compliance.
• Support HR initiatives and recruitment events such as campus visits.
• Develop and monitor recruitment metrics and job descriptions.
