Flexjet is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. The role manages sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure top talent fit.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. This is a full-time on-site position in Cleveland, OH.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline; 3-5 years' experience in HR related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR technology; able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full cycle recruitment and selection for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and candidate assessment strategies.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and HRIS data accuracy; coordinate job descriptions and background checks.
